At OctoGG, all marketplace transactions are protected by our automated 7-Day Escrow Vault. When you purchase any digital account, in-game item, or currency, your payment is safely deposited into platform escrow and is NOT immediately disbursed to the seller.
How the 7-Day Window Works
- Delivery: Once the seller delivers the credentials, your 7-day inspection timer begins.
- Inspection: You have 7 days to verify full access, change account passwords, link personal recovery emails, and test in-game ownership.
- Automatic Release: If no dispute is filed within 7 days, funds are automatically released to the seller's available wallet balance.
- Early Release: If satisfied early, buyers can click "Confirm Receipt" to release funds immediately to the seller.
