Terms of Service & Marketplace Rules

By using OctoGG, all users agree to adhere to our community safety rules designed to keep gamer commerce free from fraud.

Key Policies

• Strict Anti-Circumvention: Initiating or requesting off-platform contacts (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype) voids all escrow guarantees and results in permanent account suspension.
• Fulfillment Timelines: Sellers with manual delivery must provide valid credentials within 24 hours of purchase.
• Account Legality: Sellers must have legal possession of items sold and may not attempt account recovery after sale.
